We've always been collectors of places. The kind of people who come home from a trip not just with photographs but with a feeling: a light, a meal, a moment at a bar counter when everything felt exactly right. For us, that place was the Côte Basque: the stretch of Atlantic coastline where France quietly becomes Spain, where the mountains drop into the sea, and where the culture of eating and drinking is treated with a seriousness bordering on devotion.

We wanted to carry that feeling with us. Not as a screensaver or a souvenir, but as something genuinely beautiful. Something made with the same care and intention as the places that inspired it.

That's Acquamara™.

Each collection is a series of richly painted illustrations inspired by a specific place in the world — its iconic ingredients, its light, its rituals. Every case is made to order, individually, one at a time. Acquamara is an independent brand based in London, United Kingdom.

Our collections so far: Spring in England: The walled gardens, the chalk cliffs, the working cocker at full sprint through the buttercups. Toscana, where the vineyards roll into the distance. The San Sebastián, where the txakoli is poured from height and the pintxo bar is the centre of everything.
