Not happy with your purchase? If for any reason you're not completely happy, contact us at hello@acquamara.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right - whether that's a replacement or a full refund. No hassle, no complicated process. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days with a photograph of the issue. We will resolve it immediately.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Exchanges If you ordered the wrong phone model by mistake, contact us at hello@acquamara.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
